O'Neil O'Neill's 1001 Irish Tunes

This is the grandaddy of all Irish music books and is affectionately known as "The Book". Although not the most useful of books nowadays, it should be in every Irish musicians library. The book was first published around 1900 and was almost the only Irish music book around until well into the latter half of the twentieth century. The tunes were noted by Francis O'Neill in Chigago.
