I recently ordered two sets of tuner pegs from this shop which arrived with some minor issues. One tuner button was darker than all the rest and another tuner had a nylon washer missing. An email and phone call was all that was needed to address these issues and replacements arrived within two days. Thanks Eagle Music for great service!

you said there might b a delay whilst you awaited re-stock, so wasn't expecting item to arrive as early as it did!
Unfortunately both of high E strings in two packets broke. One the loop unwound and the other snapped at the loop. I must have had a defective batch

Bought single strings for my 6 string banjo as one string has broken several times, so it is really helpful to be able to buy the single strings rather than the whole set each time.
