Ordered a harmonica,next day delivery,tracking no. was invalid so unable to track, arrived on the day but had to wait in until it was delivered. I did email but no reply.

My order was very small, just some spare parts for a Shubb Capo. First off, I was impressed that they carried these parts at all, then impressed that my order was treated with as much respect as if I'd ordered a high end guitar. The order was well packaged, delivered quickly and I was kept in the loop at all times. Would I use Eagle Music again? Certainly.
