I was pleased with the communication. That was prompt and accurate. Prices are keen. They did not have what I wanted in stock but were quick to restock and kept me informed all the way through. I will be back for more.
Good company to deal with. As it turned out the mandola I ordered was returned. Nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't right for me. Great customer service. Very helpful and dealt with refund quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Eagle Music is a magical placevfor lovers of stringed instruments, especially banjos and guitars. It’s nice to have an online store; I live too far away to visit. The efficiency is amazing—things come in one or two days, and with no shipping charge ( I live in england). It’s a family business, and it shows.
I've always used eagle gold string and They are frankly one the best strings I've ever used. Only ever used another brand once. But immediately returned to using gold tone strings.
