Eagle Music Shop have given me inciteful advice over the phone and prompty service in supplying strings and a strap for my mandolin.

Excellent service, ordered out of hours on Sunday evening, arrived Weds morning, second class signed for, faultless and inexpensive, highly recommended.

Pleased with the banjo, and the price was good, but it was supposed to include a free set-up. I don't think this was done as the banjo arrived with the head badly needing tightening and a broken string (I guess the string could have broken in transit but the head couldn't have loosened to the extent it had). It's cool, I sorted it out (after ordering the necessary T wrench to tighten the head from you! ) but I don't see the point of offering a free set-up if you don't really do it. Pleased with the instrument, and it was dispatched very promptly, thanks.

Bought an Extreme Protection gig bag with fingers tightly crossed. It arrived promptly. It was exactly as described and a good fit for the Melodeon. It survives jostles going in and out of the car and the instrument has remained cool when locked in the car in full sun for 5 hours. Phew. Would recommend both bag and providor. For the avoidance of doubt I would not recommend leaving a Melodeon in full sun for any length of time.

Have purchased octave mandolin strings from eagle music in the past and consider their own brand to suit my requirements and have no reason to use previous name brands , delivery was reasonably prompt ,many thanks for your excellent service

Eagle Music Shop has a brilliant range of ukulele strings. A couple of times they've had things that even the uke specialists don't carry.

I buy my Bumblebee picks from Eagle music shop - however, the price of postage is never revealed until the end of the transaction - and is disproportionate to the actual cost of postage. It used to be that over a certain price was free - it appears that's no longer the case.
