In both cases the service was first class and the goods arrived in excellent condition, as it had been thoughtfully packed. Well the shop itself is quite a few miles from my home but the drive there is certainly worth it. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. I bought a banjo. Then I decided to try different picks, but I didn't need to make another journey; I went to their online shop, found what I wanted (very good price) and easily ordered. They were delivered promptly and I'm now very happy. I recommend Eagle Music Shop very highly 👍

First time I have used this compqny and basically chosen because they seemed to be the only place on the internet I could get a replacement banjo bridge of the right size! However, the service, value and quality of the item was exemplary and I will use them again for musical supplies. Surprised to find they were situated a few miles from where I grew up in West Yorkshire!
