Always excellent knowledge & advice with great service

Great service

I recently bought the Deering Vintage Vega 5 string banjo. It's fantastic. I had visited the Eagle Music Store back in late May this year and because I wasn't ready to buy did not contact them before hand, that was wrong of me, ( don't do this let them know before you intend to visit), but was patiently shown the banjos I was interested in my price range which were 3 Vega models. Fast forward two months, I ordered one of those models and it's difficult to describe the step up from my other banjo. I am a learner, but I don't think I will ever need better banjo than I now have. Great professional and friendly staff, and a great delivery service. A decent company to buy from.

I made an enquiry re: purchasing a harmonica, the person anwsering suggested I ring the next day when the appropriate person was in ther store. I did this and briefly said what I felt I needed, I got a good reply with suggested purchase which I did. This was then mailed to me, it arrived. The service was all very efficient, friendly and as I was not musical I felt I had a good service with understanding - thank you.

A great service, I ordered a banjo that wasn't in stock and was kept updated with an estimated delivery time.
The banjo is so comfortable to play and has an awesome bright (Not metallic) warm tone that can be damped with stuffing. The banjo bolster is great for this.
I ordered an arm rest and 7/ 9th fret Spikes. These I feel are essential for me.

Excellent customer service as usual from Eagle - one of the reasons I always use them for my banjo needs. The original item I ordered was mis-labelled on the website and an immediate exchange for an alternative was arranged at no additional postage cost.

great service as always from Eagle music. I needed a gig bag for a uke-banjo but couldn't tell what size would fit the instrument. the guys went and measured the bag I thought might be right, put it to one side once they had confirmed it was the right size and sent it promptly and expertly packaged.

Perfect choice for my short scale travel Banjo. Sounds great again after 3 years without changing it's strings !

The website is good, and the customer service even better, not to mention the great range of Mando's available too suit all budgets and abilities with competitive priced stock. Instruments are naturally fragile but were very well packaged for delivery. Altogether impressed with this supplier and pleasure to deal with.
