Used Deering Sierra 19 fret tenor banjo. Features a Deering cast bronze 'no hole' tonering (very rare) which gives it a very punchy and loud tone with plenty of sustain, One piece nickel plated flange, planetary tuners and a full Eaglemusic setup and restring. No case supplied

Note this banjo has had a neck repair in our workshop and is solid. Playability is not affected.

Used 2005 Deering Maple Blossom 5 String Banjo featuring a fibreskyn head signed by Greg and Janet Deering and a quality leather Deering embossed strap, supplied with Deering hardshell case.

2013 in Absolutely Mint condition with no playng or fret wear at all (some small minor dents on the back edges of the headstock).

 Spiked at 7th and 9th frets. Supplied in Deering case.

Excellent condition with no fretwear, some wear on the resonator binding due to use from a shoulder strap.

A premium quality world class 5-string banjo that is appreciated for its crisp tone with great highs and distinctive bass response. The Calico is not only beautiful, but it is also exceptionally dynamic with both powerful sound and response providing an excellent tool for all styles of music. At this price point we add two features, we taper the inside of the resonator walls for added projection of tone, and we also add the feature of glued-in frets. Each fret is fitted to the fingerboard and glued in place so that in the future when the frets are worn out, they can easily be replaced without chipping the fingerboard.

This is an immaculate 2008 model with a curly maple armrest and upgraded Rickard tuners. All original parts also supplied.
