Handmade from all solid timbers by one of the UK's premier Luthiers Tom Buchanan. The Buchanan electro Cittern features a solid spruce top, deluxe big leaf maple back and sides, mahogany neck, Gotoh machine heads with chrome buttons, bone nut and saddle and a gloss finish. Scale length 500mm.

Featuring a solid spruce top and solid maple back and sides, the 2355 blends traditional design with a contemporary finish and high quality fittings.In semi gloss black finish. The back, sides and neck are made from solid maple, while the front is carved from selected solid spruce with a bound top edge. It is fitted with nickel plated hardware and an ebony bridge.

This circa 1920's Vega banjo mandolin is based on a Little Wonder design.

A beautifully restored, luthier-owned instrument that is Irish tuned with 4 strings (can be restrung to normal 8-string mandolin style). The resonator was added by the owner. It is also freshly refretted.

It features the original tuners and a few upgrades... a beautiful maple tailpiece cover and mahogany bridge for a slightly mellower sound.

At 100 years old we can certainly say that this English mandolin has a mature tone! Set up and in excellent playing condition, and as pictured. Has a beautiful colourful picture on the back of a lady playing a tambourine. Patent No. 2272 By his Majesty's Royal Letters refers to Edward V11 which dates it between 1902 and 1910 and made in the Uk.A few scratches as can be seen on the photos but no slts or cracking. This superb "Ovation" USA Mando Cello is less than a year old and is in "as new" condition. It has been converted to Irish Bouzouki tuning(GDAD). Fitted with the very latest Ovation OP40 Pre-amp system, the player has a choice of 1/4" jack socket or balanced XLR outputs (lead supplied).
