A Super Deluxe version of the Prucha Old Time banjo fitted with a White Ladye tone ring. Jaroslav Prucha designed and created this ‘Old Time’ music style banjo back in 1990 by request from his friends playing old time music in the Netherlands. It has since become a world best selling Prucha banjo. The design aim for Jaroslav, was to create a sweet, gentle sounding banjo with a full depth of tone …Much experimentation took place, The desired end result was achieved after many prototype models were built and played by prominent Ole Time banjo players. This banjo is an excellent choice for frailing and clawhammer styles and has a modest price tag for a professional banjo of this flawless quality.

Absolutely mint condition with very little playing wear/marks, spikes fitted at 7,8,9 and 10th fret.

Very rare 1994 Deering GDL 5 String banjo Gold Plated and Tree of Life inlay work.

This is a stunning banjo and a real collector's piece as well as a great sounding banjo.

Generally in mint condition (including the immaculate gold plating) apart from some scuffing on the edge of the resonator possibly caused by a stand and some cracking of the gloss on the back of the resonator which is normal for its age.

Circa 1920's vintage Slingaland May Bell 19 fret tenor banjo. Features a bacon style tone ring, Grover eccentric original tuners, deluxe maple used on the resonator and neck, ebony centre strip on neck, Presto tailpiece, MOP inlays and a heringbone detail on the rim.

The Deering Goodtime Leader ‘Maple Queen’ is an excellent open back banjo with a USA rock maple neck designed and set-up primarily for playing Old time, frailing and clawhammer styles. It is fitted with a Deering Fiberskyn head and a USA ‘No-Knot’ tailpiece to give you that gentle, full depth of tone that is favoured by Old Time artists. The three ply solid violin maple rim is the same quality as found on pre-war Mastertone banjos. Inspired by master banjoist Bill Emerson, the Red Fox is one of the best selling Stelling models.
