Made in the USA by Deering Banjos, The Erin Doolin EDGS-17 tenor banjo is fitted with the Deering Goodtime 2010 design tone ring to give it extra power and clarity of tone. It is also fitted with a resonator to give the banjo more volume by pushing all the sound forward. It has a fast action 17 fret rock maple neck that makes it easier to play with smaller hands that need all the help they can get in reaching up to the ‘B' note on the 7th fret. Set-up and tuned to GDAE specifically with the correct strings for playing Irish music in tuning. This is an exceptional easy to handle, tenor banjo that is excellent for session playing. The Americana is the first 5-string banjo from Deering to be fitted with their new Grand 12” rim, which gives the banjo a stronger bass response and a much warmer tone. The fullness and warmth of the larger rim is further enhanced by the addition of a 12” Renaissance head which beautifully complements the banjo both visually and sonically. In mint condition, Complete with original Gibson hard-shell case. This world class Gibson Tenor Banjo Serial No. 9405-40 has a beautiful Flamed maple neck and resonator. The Hardware is gold plated and the arm rest, tail piece and stretcher band are engraved. This Mastertone by Gibson is at the top of the tree in Gibson banjos.

1940s/50s Ukulele banjo in original case. Complete with it's original calfskin vellum. Fitted with black nylon strings. In excellent playing condition, has that true vintage banjo uke sound.

The Ibanez "Artist" 591TB is a superior quality Tenor Banjo built in Japan the 1970’s to the highest standards. No longer produced but much sought after and played by many players, Professional and otherwise. This particular example is in very good clean condition and excellent playing condition. The fretwork is perfect and their is hardly a mark on the neck or resonator. Features on this fine instrument include a die-cast flat top tone ring,Tube and flange assembly on a 15 ply 7/8” thick shell, Rock Maple neck with adjustable truss rod. The peg head is inlaid (not a transfer) with a genuine mother of pearl renaissance design as is the Ebony fret board. The hardware is heavy chrome plated throughout and the tuners are 18:1ratio planetary pegs. The tailpiece has been replaced with a Heavy duty Kershner tailpiece and the bridge is a 5/8” Grover bone inserted “Acousticraft”. Finished with cream binding and checkerboard inlays on the side of the neck. Two concentric rings adorn the back of the resonator. Supplied with original Ibanez hardshell case.
