Monday, I received a second message from DHL telling me my address was inaccessible. I was completely lost as on both occasions I was sent an email giving me delivery windows for my order.
I contacted Eaglemusic Monday morning expressing my disdain, they were going to pursue and call me back or send a message. Neither happened.
Today we are no further forward, time and money wasted. Not a good Christmas present.

I have been a customer of Eagle Music Shop for around 8-12 months. I have placed about 5 orders with them, and I have always had positive experiences with this online retailer. My latest purchase, a Seydel Saxony 1847 chromatic harmonica was my first chromatic harmonica. Although I am still learning how to play it, I am pleased with Seydel's attention to quality and German craftsmanship. The top two brands of harmonica that I recommend (sold by Eagle Music Shop) are Seydel and Hohner. Overall I highly recommend this online retailer.
