The website is good, and the customer service even better, not to mention the great range of Mando's available too suit all budgets and abilities with competitive priced stock. Instruments are naturally fragile but were very well packaged for delivery. Altogether impressed with this supplier and pleasure to deal with.

Great product at a discounted price. Promotional blurb said that the design would make a banjo seem 50% lighter; true literally and not just as a figure of speech. Customer service is exemplary. An IT glitch caused confusion as yo the payment. Eagle were "on top of" the problem more quickly than the bank. This eas not the first entirely satisfactory transaction. Finally, I remark that the shop is very well stocked.

Wanting to upgrade my mandolin I looked at Eagle Music's large choice. Following advice given over the phone I bought their Eastman MD 304, which I find outstanding. I later bought spare strings (d'Addario XS) and the Mandolin Fretboard Atlas. All were easy to order, speedily and safely delivered.

Having just bought a second hand tenor banjo, I ordered a new bridge, strings & strap hooks to improve the setup.
