The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. You can get parts that other retailers dont stock. Specialized strings for tenor guitars with unusual tuning combinations this goes for the banjo to. DADGAD chord books for guitar that open up a new and wonderful world of alternate tuning.

I have found Eagle Music Shop to be a fantastic company to deal with. I have purchased 3 Eastman mandolins from them, because of the distance from my home I bought all 3 via the internet and on separate occasions. All 3 arrived well packaged and with a perfect set up . My latest purchase was a PCH and I had some reservations about tone and colour, however Lucas kindly sent me a video demonstrating the instruments. This is the amazing service that they offer. 10/10
I wanted advice on banjo strings but couldn't get through to the shop on the phone so I tried email and the staff member Matt was very helpful. Very pleased with the advice and the purchase. You need another phone line!
Everything arrived in good time
After a beautifully scenic journey getting there, this is a great place to buy a ukulele. There are so many to choose from, it's a good job the parking is free! The staff are friendly and well informed. I managed to find the elusive 5 string I have been looking for and it doesn't disappoint.

What great service. Phone up for some information on the Goodtime banjo, spoke to a very knowledgeable gentleman, he pointed me in the right direction and answered the questions I had. I then ordered online and it arrived the following morning all setup. I can't fault the service.
