So many choices available to explore on the website and in the end I opted for the Gold Tone AC5 banjo.
Delivery was prompt via DHL and the banjo was very carefully packaged and very well protected for it's journey. If I'll look for a new instrument in the future I know where I'll order from.

Very good customer service. Eagle Music didn't have the item I ordered in stock at the time, but rang me the next day to explain and discuss options. I opted to wait until the item was in stock as I didn't need it for a few weeks, but it was subsequently delivered in good time (as I had been assured it would). The delivered item was correct, and i am very pleased with it. Would buy from Eagle Music again.
As usual my order was carried out quickly and professionaly. Very happy with my lapsteel guitar and am knocking out a tune or two already.
