I have been an Eagle Music customer for over 12 years and I am pleased to report their Customer Sales and Service is second to none.
Very swift purchase of sets of guitar and mandolin strings. I have used Eagle music for a while but normally collect them in person. However I have moved further away so used the postal service. Great staff fast delivery and excellent product.

A slight negative on this bridge, the string slots were not cut accurately, slightly narrow and quite shallow, but I managed to file them out enough. A lovely piece but marred by the inaccuracy. I’m sure it was just an odd occurrence and it’s not going to change my opinion of Eagle Music.

Good, but could do better. I ordered two snack packages - within close proximity (time wise) and they Still charged for two separate postage costs - even though they were sent to the Dave address, and arrived together. Waste of money and not very customer friendly. Picks are great!

Eagle Music Shop have always provided excellent service. Where they have be especially helpful is in providing descriptions and photos of individual instruments that they have in stock. This is very helpful when you are looking for a particular detail, e.g., wood grain etc. My thanks must go to Matt for helping out on more than one ocassion!

Purchased a mandolin on line but found it wasn’t the one for me on arrival. On returning it in person I was offered a no hassle/quibble full refund but decided to check out more stock in store. Having tried three different models out over a cup of coffee I found the one for me. Very happy with my purchase which was made in a nice relaxing atmosphere with first class customer service. If only every shopping experience could be like Eagle Music the world would be a whole lot better.
