I purchased a Tanglewood 5 string banjo from Eagle Music Shop. It arrived double boxed and in line with the emails I'd had. The banjo was well set up and playable with a tiny amount of tuning. I'm enjoying following Janet Davis' book trying to teach myself how to play.

The clincher for me on my first banjo was the free setup, and though I’m a novice I am an experienced guitar player and knew the setup was excellent. The staff were very helpful, and I am thrilled with my ‘Albert’ banjo. I would (and already have) recommend eagle music wholeheartedly. Thanks guys!

First class service from the outset when I rang to discuss options for a 6 string banjo through the ordering procedure. Sadly the couriers were disorganised with very poor communication leading to considerable delay but that wasn’t Eagle’s fault. The Deering Goodtime was perfect for my needs and I’m loving it!
