Eagle Music are the only place in Britain to buy (or sell) a quality banjo. I did both recently and enjoyed a great service from very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would only ever use Eagle Music for instruments and accessories.
I have only just started to play the ukulele , and have found Eagle Music to be a valuable resource for tuition materials and I am currently saving for an upgraded ukulele which I understand Eagle Music to be highly recommended by other shops and manufacturers.

The assistance and advice that I was given was exeptional. My initial contact was with Rachel, who then put me on to Matt, as I was interested in buying a banjo. Even though I was calling from outside the UK, Matt called and explained the various options. While the process took a few days (with Matt's patience), I felt that when I concluded the purchase, it was from a better informed perspective. the banjo, a birthday present for my neice, arrived timeously and in pristine condition.
