Quick and easy service. Good product
The staff member I spoke to on the telephone was very knowledgeable and helpful and the order was delivered very quickly and well packaged.
I rang the shop as I had a few questions about harmonica. I was told by the receptionist Matt was the guy to talk to. He spent the time to chat to me about harmonica and ive gone for a stylish Seydel steel session. Nice instrument. Thanks Matt and the team x

I can not fault the customer service. I am however a little disappointed with the setup of the banjo. If it was actually setup .The action is high and the intonation is not as it should be.

A slight negative on this bridge, the string slots were not cut accurately, slightly narrow and quite shallow, but I managed to file them out enough. A lovely piece but marred by the inaccuracy. I’m sure it was just an odd occurrence and it’s not going to change my opinion of Eagle Music.
