Play mandolin and 12 string guitar, but because of a muscular complaint can't hold a normall flat pick securely.
These are the best answer I found so far.

I find them more sensitive than conventional thumb picks. Recommended for banjo or guitar.

Love the feel of the plectrum and sound from it but if you're not used to a thumb pick it gets annoying on your thumb after 10 minutes.

They're fine, but not all they're cracked up to be. It's nice to be able to adjust angle and how much pick sticks out under your thumb, but I can do that cutting to shape a regular plastic thumb pick. I found the sound to be rather dull compared to most other thumb picks, probably because the plastic the pick part is made of is somewhat soft, even if the pick is thick.

The latest products I have bought were Fred Kelly thumb picks. At last I have found a make make which suits me and which I would recommend to others.

These are quite good picks, I recommend customers get the largest size and on the firm side. The regular size is a bit tight on my thumb.

Have always had trouble using flat picks and thumb picks. Saw these at a guitar workshop and had to try. Glad I did. Very pleased with them.

I use the product slightly differently than usual having a medical problem with my thumb. Because of the rotating cuff I can place it on my index finger and then close my hand so that the pick is in the right position without having to grip with my thumb.

I play an Auto-harp and was seeking a good thumb pick. saw this one in your web-page and thought it might be good. Is good but I now use a Jim Dunlop Zookies 20°Angle-Tip Thumb pick

I like it but I think that they are on the small size so buy a size bigger as suggested by Eagle.

Ok, I teach guitar but I've been a pro performer for over 35 years. The slide and swivel on the thumb pick is a great idea. However, I don't have what I would call large or wide fingers, but the large size thumb picks are a little uncomfortably tight (as are most other makes) and as the word Large as no definite size, it may be better to use a circumference sizing (or maybe add Extra Large).

Works quite well for my purposes (switching easily between thumb and flat picks,) but is just too flimsy and easily broken. Might suit better, more refined players (i.e. everyone else!) but not for me.
