The Deering Goodtime Leader Maple Prince has a higher specification than the standard Goodtime banjo. It is fitted with a set of back facing Planetary Geared Deering Classic banjo tuning pegs and inlaid black side dot neck position markers. It is an excellent open back banjo with a USA rock maple neck and is set up for playing all styles, it is lightweight and easy to handle and carry for travelling if needed. The sound from this banjo is incredible! The three ply solid violin maple rim is the same quality as found on pre-war Mastertone banjos.
This innovative method teaches 5-string, bluegrass style and is an inspirational course with a proven track record. With two instruction books and two cross-referenced supplement books, this method offers the beginner a carefully-paced and interest-keeping approach to the bluegrass style.
Covers easy chord strums for the beginner; learning tablature; right-hand rolls characteristic of bluegrass; techniques such as hammer-on, slide and pull-off.
Very simple single button design. The excellent Fzone FT-15 clip on chromatic tuner. Very simple to use with a single selector button for on/off and also mode selection. Suitable for any stringed instrument including banjo, guitar, ukulele, violin and others. It just simply clips on to the headstock of your instrument and picks up the vibration to register the exact tuning of your instrument. Please see more details below. The TGI Transit series of bags are made of a durable canvas featuring 10mm padding, tough durable TGI zip ring pulls for quick and easy access and an embroidered TGI logo.
