At Eagle Music Shop we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy:-
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition together with a covering letter including contact details, within 28 days, and we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note the following exclusions:
DVD's and CD's cannot be returned unless they are faulty
Banjo heads cannot be returned once you have tried to fit them to your banjo
Harmonica's have a 7 day guarantee and can be returned within this time if they are found to be faulty
If you are returning an item it is your responsibility to insure the item during postage as we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit by any third party. We highly recommend that you pack your item extremely well, especially musical instruments and also take out insurance.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Absolutely first class service. I ordered several items separately. Eagle music sent me an email saying they would refund the postage charges and combine my order. Received the goods the next day (I live on the Isle of Man). All very well packaged and in perfect condition.
