I like these sprung thumb picks. I need to practice some more but it looks like I will be doing more finger picking in future.
Many of them are way to thick for me, but these seem just right.

When playing old rock an an acoustic guitar, finger style, you really have to thrash it. The heavier spring gives a firmer hold. Excellent.
