Aquila 168U Bass Ukulele Thunder-Reds
Thunder-reds is a set consisting of three different types of synthetic elastomer. In the third and fourth strings, the density of the elastomer is increased by adding micronized copper metal powder during the extrusion phase. This technological solution allows you to achieve a smaller diameter, larger volume and durability at the same working voltage than any polyurethane and silicone rubber strings available on the market. The Thunder-reds ensure fast and stable intonation. Thanks to the metal powder, the fingers on the strings are also very smooth
