The Gold Tone AC-Mini 5 string banjo packs more punch than you might expect from an entry-level banjo. The rim is molded from a composite material that is strong, consistent, and durable. The Nato mahogany neck features a rosewood fingerboard and (like all of our banjos) a two-way adjustable truss rod. The composite construction of our AC pot means maximum power and projection for minimum cost and weight. All of this comes at a price that ANYONE can afford.

The Gold Tone CC-OT has everything you need to start playing clawhammer. The Remo Fiberskyn head is mounted on a half-inch-thick maple rim topped with a rolled-brass hoop (Old Timey).
