It is built from mahogany and has a hardwood fingerboard with polished nickel steel frets and three pearl dot position markers. Has geared headstock tuners, that makes tuning simple and reliable. Ohana felt the same, and so they married the two in a 5-string build of all-solid mahogany, finished in beautiful high gloss. By simply adding one extra string, a whole new range of possibilities was brought to life with the octave pairing. The Ohana 5-string is tuned Gg-C-E-A, with an added low-g.
