This a pristine guitar that was a custom order in 2017. Just like the original 1930s Nationals, it has flat-cut f-holes and a ribbed sieve-hole resonator coverplate. The Honduran mahogany neck with truss rod is topped by an ebony fingerboard.. And like the B Series NRP guitars, the tone is incomparable, echoing the tone of a vintage National.

This tenor model features a blue painted nickel finished body and is fitted with a quality active pickup (stereo cables and adapter necessary but supplied with the instrument).

The Tanglewood TW15 NS is built from solid exotic timbers throughout, It has a solid American spruce top fitted with a rosewood pin bridge, the bridge is fitted with a compensated saddle to give precise intonation. The soundboard is decorated with a triple-ring sound hole rosette, the top-to-side binding is matching in black and ivory colour. A tortoise shell scratch plate (imitation, of course!) is fitted for protection. The back and sides are built from solid African mahogany.
