Very rare 1994 Deering GDL 5 String banjo Gold Plated and Tree of Life inlay work.

This is a stunning banjo and a real collector's piece as well as a great sounding banjo.

Generally in mint condition (including the immaculate gold plating) apart from some scuffing on the edge of the resonator possibly caused by a stand and some cracking of the gloss on the back of the resonator which is normal for its age.

Inspired by master banjoist Bill Emerson, the Red Fox is one of the best selling Stelling models. This model is destined to join the Staghorn with its universal appeal and acceptance as a classic banjo design. The fancy curly maple used in this model is enhanced by the reddish stain. The Red Fox in the peghead and the abalone maple leaves in the fingerboard help to make this a very striking model.

Deering Vega Long Neck is made with Deering's hand made, classic Tubaphone tone-ring. The solid brass bracket band is hand fitted to the violin grade three-ply rim. This pot design gives the Vega Long Neck Banjo a round full tone that sustains with a pure and clear sparkle.

Beautifully hand made Old style, Old Time banjo from the original location of Ome Banjos in Boulder, Colorado USA. Features a 12" maple tone rim, mid 19th century style peghead, MOP inlays and a Tung oil finish.

Hand made in 2009, a fine replica of a 1920s Bacon FF Professional Internal Resonator banjo.

One of a very small number of instruments made by the superb maker Barry Murphy in Bournemouth featuring a curly maple pot, Dobson tone ring, 12" fybreskin head, beautiful abalone custom inlays, a Snuffy Smith 1/2" bridge, armrest and a unique internal resonator with F holes made of flamed maple. Epiphone Masterbuilt 5 String Banjo featuring a mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard, MOP Hearts and Flowers inlays and has a Shubb short scale sliding capo fitted to the 5th string. The chrome hardware is in great condition.

Note there is a smalll crack in the lacquer at the top of the neck which has no effect on the playabilty of the banjo otherwise its in excellent condition.

This Ozark composite banjo is a perfect travel banjo. It is lightweight and the short-scale size makes it easy to travel around with. It has a high standard of construction with moulded composite shell, a slim mahogany neck and 19-fret ovangkol fingerboard. It features an eight-inch diameter head, individual chrome plated machine heads and 5th string tuner, all with pearloid buttons. The smaller size also makes this a perfect starter banjo. The Ozark mini banjo is tuned in C: C-G-C-E-G (low to high) and produces a full, vibrant sound. It includes a padded cover for protection when on the move.
