Mandolin Pickups & Transducers
The Radius mandolin pickup is a hi-tech contact sensor that was designed to emulate the sound of a mic without the instability associated with microphones. The pickup installs easily to the instrument with mounting putty that is non-destructive to its finish. Inside of the pickup’s housing is a highly flexible film sensor that responds much like a mic diaphragm. The sensor is held in equilibrium and damped by opposing neodymium magnets that allow the pickup to respond to the instruments most subtle nuances. Note mandolin not included
Suitable for many acoustic instruments. The piezo transducers give you the flexibility to acheive the sound you want. The adhesive heads can be positioned to your requirements, internally or externally which lets you place them in places that are comfortable for you, and helps create a balanced sound. The TGAT are supplied with a jack can be fitted permanentely internally or attched externally by the mounting sleeve supplied.
The Nashville Series Archtop Mandolin Pickup features a piezo-ceramic pickup element embedded in the bottom bridge, and an adjustable ebony replacement bridge. Designed for all archtop-style mandolins, it includes a Carpenter 1/4' output jack that mounts on the side of the instrument.
Fishman M-100 Mandolin pickup is a Piezo-Ceramic pickup element is embedded in an adjustable ebony replacement bridge for archtop style mandolins. Complete with a 1/4" external jack for easy mounting. An impedance matching preamp is recommended, but not required.
Fishman Classic Series M-200 Professional Mandolin Pickup. The same as the M-100, but includes a Carpenter style 1/4" output jack that mounts on the side of the instrument. An impedance matching preamp is recommended, but not required.
