The Connemarra III is a professional quality Saltarelle melodeon/button accordion that offers multitudes of different sound configurations for the player. You can easily access sharp and flat notes that are set out on the half row to enable you to play ‘your’ kind of music. The three treble stops control one low and two treble reed banks giving you the option of different sounds including dry, swing or mussette (depending on the voicing) The single reed setting gives you a ‘concertina’ like sound, switching in the lower reed gives you a bandoneon like sound along with the two middle reeds. It is also fitted with two bass end stops….one to remove the thirds from the bass chords and the second stop to remove the lower reed on the 12 bass buttons. The Connemarra III has stood the test of time and continues to be one of the most popular 3 voice 2 ½ row melodeons/button accordions in the squeezebox word.
