This is a serious instrument!…but what a great idea from Seydel, the Big Six 'Blues' is a six hole blues harp with twelve stainless steel reads. The reed plated are screwed onto a beech wood comb. The comb is multi sealed to protect against moisture.  It is possible to play in the so called ‘cross position’. The note layout is that of holes 1 to 6 on a standard 10-hole blues harp (see chart below) It comes in a sealed can, that you have to open yourself. The empty ‘can’ can be used as a megaphone to enhance and give unique sounds from your ‘Big Six’ . Comes complete ‘in the can’ with a Seydel quality stylish lanyard that also has a safety clasp to attach keys or other item that you may need to carry with you.
