The Ozark 'Romania' is an exceptional ALL SOLID TIMBER value mandolin. It is built and hand finished in Romania. The back and sides are made from solid maple, fitted with a solid spruce soundboard.

The soundboard has a traditional mandolin inlay around the sound-hole. It has a maple and ebony bridge and a maple neck with slotted headstock. The back facing open-plate geared tuners are geared. The tailpiece has a top cover that slides off when re-stringing, it is fitted with loop ended strings. You get excellent tone and volume at a fraction of the cost of what you normally pay for an all solid timber instrument. finished in a modern satin durable lacquer.
