Seagull - S6+ Cedar GT Acoustic Guitar

The Body Assembly ...  The high gloss solid  cedar top is fitted with a rosewood pin bridge, the bridge is fitted with a compensated saddle to give precise intonation. The soundboard is decorated with a single-ring herringbone rosette, the top-to-side binding is matching in black / cream inlay. A tortoise shell scratch plate (imitation, of course!) is fitted. The back and sides are built from selected Canadian flamed maple, stained in a dark brown mahogany finish. The top, back and sides are fully bound to protect all body edges with black / ivory coloured binding.

The Neck Assemble ... It has a silver leaf maple neck , and an Indian rosewood fingerboard inlaid at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 15th & 17th frets with a classic pearl dot marker. The nickel steel frets are burr-free and polished Mini white dot markers are also positioned into the side binding at the 5th, 7th & 12th frets. The neck has a two way adjustable truss rod.

The distinctive shape of the Seagull neck keeps the strings in line from the top nut for ease of tuning. The headstock is finished in black with the Seagull logo in white pearl. The headstock is fitted with a matched set of Grover style Godin chrome plated machine heads with mini buttons for trouble free, positive tuning. This excellent dreadnought is a gem from LaPatrie, Canada it has quality of build and playability with excellent tone and volume.
