This excellent left handed guitar, the Tanglewood TW15 NS-LH is built from solid exotic timbers throughout, It has a selected solid spruce top fitted with a rosewood pin bridge, the bridge is fitted with a compensated saddle to give precise intonation.

The soundboard is decorated with a triple-ring sound hole rosette, the top-to-side binding is matching in black and ivory colour. A tortoiseshell scratch plate (imitation, of course!) is fitted for protection.

The back and sides are built from solid mahogany. To avoid any grain splitting on the side curves, three uniform thickness sheets of solid mahogany are formed to give precise, stress-free stability. The top, back and sides are fully bound to protect all body edges in traditional ivory coloured binding. The mahogany neck is also fully bound, it has a rosewood fingerboard inlaid at the 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 15th & 17th frets with a classic design abalone diamond motif. The hard steel frets are burr-free and polished Mini black dot markers are also positioned into the side binding at the same frets.

The rosewood faced headstock is inlaid with 'Tanglewood' in natural abalone and fitted with a matched set of USA Grover machine heads for trouble free, positive tuning. The reverse of the headstock has a 'Martin' type involute to give extra strength. This world class dreadnought shaped guitar is finished in natural satin, it's response to the player, tonal quality and volume speaks for itself. USA Elixir strings are fitted as standard.
