Humbucking Banjo Pickup

The long awaited 'active' Fishman humbucking banjo pick-up that gives an amplified sound as near to the natural-acoustic sound of your banjo. The main improvement of this new 'rare earth' design is the battery powered 'active' circuitry which sends a pre-amplified signal to your power amplifier (you don't need a pre-amp).

You get a much more powerful, louder sound with minimum feed-back. Other plus features of this Fishman 'rare earth' pick-up are No parts touch your banjo head (So your acoustic 'session sound' remains un-changed) a jack socket is provided that easily fits to your flange. Just 'plug in and play.' Please note: This pick-up is designed to fit easily to banjos with two Gibson type rim-rods. However, with some thought and modest DIY skills it can be modified to fit to most other banjos including vintage era banjos with wooden perch-poles. The PP3 battery is not included in the price or supplied with your order.
