These flutes are the concept, design and are hand-made in Ireland by Desi Seery. The flutes are quite unique in their design. They are machined individually from tough Dupont Delrin® acetal resin, a material that has excellent dimensional stability. No more 'cracking' problems! These flutes are unaffected by moisture, heat or impact. They have a precision tuning sliding head jount. The ‘D’ profile nickel silver rings on the jet black oiled delrin, set off their traditional look. These 'Seery' 'flutes are an excellent choice for the professional, session player, beginner or traveller, they have superb tone and amazing volume. Each flute is individually tuned and voiced by the maker. This unique design concert 'D' flute is very easy to maintain and keep clean, it can be washed in warm soapy water. A superb modern design flute concept with a traditional look and sound, often seen in the hands of top prolific traditional flute players.
