Shipping and packing charges

• The maximum you will have to pay for the largest UK mainland order is £6.99
• The lowest you will pay for the smallest UK mainland order is £1.49

Your goods will be very carefully and professionally packed and fully insured in transit against loss or damage

UK Shipping

• All UK larger instrument orders (guitars, banjos etc.) will be shipped by 'Interlink Express' on a 'Next Day Service', Fully Insured against loss or damage. The 'Next Day' delivery will be the day following dispatch for mainland UK orders.
• Smaller items will be shipped by First Class, Second Class or Standard Parcel Service. Our website will calculate your shipping costs. (We shall inform you if there is a shipping problem)  
• You will be informed immediately if there is any problem with any part of your order ...or if any item is 'out of stock'.

European Orders

• Larger Parcels to Europe wiil be shipped by Euro 48 and small parcels by Airmail small packs .

International Orders

• All orders will be shipped by International 'Signed For'.
